To upgrade your LOTRO Pre-order account with your LOTRO Retail Product Key:
- Log into your account on the Account Management website: https://myaccount.turbine.com/
- Once logged in, click "Activate Product Key"
- Enter your Retail Product Key
- Click “Submit”
- After submitting the Retail Product Key, you will be asked if you want to upgrade your Pre-order subscription. Make sure to choose YES
- If you have more than one LOTRO subscription on your account, you will be asked which one you want to upgrade
- Make sure you choose the subscription that is LOTRO Pre-order
