Your pre-order entitles you to several 'Founders Benefits' including, but not limited to access to the open beta via the 25-character product key that has been placed in 'Your Media Library.' 'Your Media Library' is easy to use, but customers not familiar with this functionality can easily follow the four steps below.
1. Sign into the account that you were logged into when you made your purchase.
2. At the address line type in http://www.amazon.com/gp/library and press enter. This will take you to the 'Your Media Library' page.
3. From the top navigation bar choose 'Your Collection' and the 'Items with Bonus Content" drop-down option, or simply choose 'Downloads.' A boxshot of the game you purchased will be displayed on the page with your other purchases.
4. Click the boxshot and then the download button.
Your key code and instructions should download momentarily. For more information on the open beta and activation of your product key see the LOTRO Founder's page at http://www.lotro.com/founder.
